I believe a good Lighting Design begins with a well done and complete package.  For me this includes a 1/2" scale ground plan. A section if needed.  I will usually mail a printed copy if hand delivery is not possible. Even if digital copies are also sent.  Paperwork includes the instrument schedule, magic sheet, and cue sheet.  Other paperwork can be produced if requested.
